Service Guarantee Policy
We are delighted to guarantee our work. If a service you received does not satisfy you for any reason, please notify your service provider or salon management within 7 days. Please note that there are certain chemical services that we cannot guarantee due to the condition of the hair, which will be explained before such service begins. The responsibility for any clothing damage caused during the coloring process typically falls on the customer and not the service provider.
Late Arrival Policy
Every client is important to us and we want to devote your entire appointment time to you. Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment is appreciated, as it allows for check in, contact information updates, and a cup of warm Aveda tea. If you are more than a few minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but availability may be limited for your requested service and in some circumstances, your appointment may need to be rescheduled which could result in a cancelation fee.
Product Returns
Product returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase with the original Bella Toccare receipt (credit card or salonbiz) on which items were purchased. Items may be returned in the original form of payment only. Tools such as dryers, hot irons, curling irons are not returnable unless defective. Make-up, perfumes or aroma products, nail polish, footwear, pierced earrings, combs and brushes are also items that are not returnable unless defective.
-Any other items that were special ordered for a guest are not returnable.
-Gift cards and certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be returned for cash
Valuables
To protect valuables, including jewelry or clothing, please remove any items that could get damaged during your service. As a courtesy to all clients, Bella Toccare can supply you with a smock or gown. Bella Toccare will not be held responsible for any damages to clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, or any other personal or stolen belongings. Please make sure valuable personal items are removed or covered during services. Check carefully to make sure that you have all your own personal items before you leave.
Payment
There is a 3% processing fee that will be applied to all payments made by credit card. If you prefer to avoid this fee, we are happy to accept cash payments.
