Carmen joined the Bella Toccare team in 2011. She has attended many different Aveda classes as well as training in balayage and a men's cutting class with Michael Paulick. Carmen enjoys making her clients feel beautiful and loves when her clients leave happy with their new look. Carmen specializes in color, cutting, and waxing.
