Service Guarantee Policy
We are delighted to guarantee our work. If a service you received does not satisfy you for any reason, please notify your service provider or salon management within 7 days. Please note that there are certain chemical services that we cannot guarantee due to the condition of the hair, which will be explained before such service begins.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon possible, but preferably at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that appointments booked for extended periods of time (such as Creative Color and Eyelash Extension Full Set) that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Every client is important to us and we want to devote your entire appointment time to you. Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment is appreciated, as it allows for check in, contact information updates, and a cup of warm Aveda tea. If you are more than a few minutes late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but availability may be limited for your requested service and in some circumstances, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
